Hello! The last recipe I need is the Poke DIY

Does anyone have one that I can buy/have?
 
You have to catch salmon to learn how to cook Poke. That's the only way to get the recipe

I thought you had to catch the salmon for the other salmon recipes. Didn’t realize it was a salmon one!
