hiya,

I want to know if anyone does what i do and always seem to settle on one type of starter first time they play. I usually pick the Fire Types.

Also does anyone do what my friend does and just pick a Starter then deposit the PC after they catch 1 pok

Water, The only time I've chosen fire is in pokemon platinum.

Fire is probably the most popular choice when it comes to starters.

But I always pick water, and then end up catching another pokemon and just putting the starter as the second in my party.

I have a strategy for HG/SS:

When you first choose starter it's Generation 1 starters. And then later in the game you will be able to choose from the 2nd and 3rd generations.

So pick: Grass, Water, Fire.

Almost always grass, except for Johto. I picked Cynda.

for HG/SS probably will chose any of them. 2nd Gen has to be my fave with 1st Gen in close tie for first. But in all reality, I'll probably uber up a sentret or something.

but if the 5th generation thing comes out then probably the grass one. he is the coolest

Hoenn - Torchic
Sinnoh - Turtwig

Once I get Pearl: Turtwig
