So I haven't played AC since October 26th, so I TTed back to that date and sure enough someone asked to move. I declined obviously, but my question is if I TT straight back to today, will someone have moved out?

i'm pretty sure someone could move out in that time? from October 26th to today is over two weeks

personally i'd just TT day-by-day and check if no-one wants to move out; i know it's annoying but it's worth it if you want to make sure none of your villagers leave

No one will move out, because during that time period the game hasn't had time to choose another villager to move out.

You can TT straight to today's date without losing anyone. Only one villager at a time can be in the "thinking about moving" phase and you just stopped one from moving, so no one else will enter that phase until you finish TTing as long as you do it all in one go.

But, someone will most likely be thinking about moving when you get back to the correct day so check carefully for that.

It should be safe. If you've cahnged the DS clock instead of the game clock you can always create a new character and check on everyone that way just to be sure.

Yeah, if you told them no and then saved and quit, you can TT as far as you want, but make sure its all in one go.
