Plot/villager resetting question?

So I'm trying to plot reset for Lobo as I'm due for a cranky soon, but I've been at it for almost an entire day now and I keep getting the same crankies placing their plots down. I've tried TTing forward one day to see if it would renew the list, but it's the same crankies. Does this mean Lobo's plot will never appear because he's not on this list of crankies due to move in?

Has he moved out recently? You'd have to cycle 16 villagers out if you'd already had Lobo.

No I've not had lobo in this town.

Is it always the same crankie, or are you seeing different ones? If you seeing the same one over and over you might have street passed?

They're different crankies, but it's the same batch of crankies. I TT'd a day ahead and got a slightly different batch, but still no Lobo!!!! I'm so frustrated

For haha's try TT backwards, when I'm cycling and it keeps picking the same villagers to move, I go back in time and it changes my movers who ask. Worth a shot?

Do you mean it changes the villagers who ask to move in or ask to move out?

It changed the villagers who asked to move out, I've never tried if for who moves in but it might be worth a shot. It might just be enough to add Lobo to the mix?
