Plot resetting

I'm wondering if plot resetting is not patched yet because I have Charlise's new home right in front of mine, and it hasn't even moved yet.

EDIT: Nevermind, I see that it's has moved.

Considering that plot resetting is abusing the mechanics, not a glitch, I doubt it'll ever get patched.
