So about a year ago I worked on getting some villagers together in a nice row as seen with the white blank spots. I finally managed to get two more villagers into the row. Frita's house is at the end and the two to the right (the top pictures) are where two other villagers plotted after many headaches and fruitless resets.

Anyway I have one last villager I want to plot on the last picture. I haven't moved them out yet. What I need to do is kick them out and then bring them back with their amiibo card because they are at at a terrible spot in the town. Like so much is put on halt development wise because where they are. It's so annoying.

I'm a bit hesitant to go gungho on this one because I am not sure if they will ever plot here. I was sure there was enough room around all spaces...but there is a pond right above it. As you can see there is a extra tile space between the house and the pond. Is that still not enough room?

Any help is appreciated! Thank you.

A villager can plot one space in front of the pond. Lily's house is only one space away from a pond in my town. But I can't tell exactly how many spaces you have in between this plot and the house in front of it. It needs to be at least 3 spaces to account for the door. It looks like you might be good, but I can't tell for sure.

Going by the 2nd picture, with the house 2 tiles away from the river, I would assume it should be fine as far as the space in front. It also looks to me like it's 3 spaces, anyway.

A 2nd player house is behind a villagers house. I was able to place the house 4 tiles from the back of the villagers house.
One of those tiles was the doorway opening.
