Plot Resetting Question

Does anybody only encounter one type of villager personality plot when plot resetting? I almost always get uchi villager plots, but previously when I plot reset in my old town I got villagers such as Lolly and Merengue. However, I'm currently in a plot reset cycle and I'm not getting anything but uchi plots.

I think when you are under 9 or 8 villagers and missing a personality in your town, villagers from that personality group will move in randomly. Perhaps you don't have any Uchis in your town yet? (The game will try to balance your town by giving you all types of personality among villagers) If you are looking for specific Normal villagers, you might wanna try looking in Villager Trading Plaza. C:

Hmm I've never thought about it that way, but this is the first time I've gone so long without getting a personality type other than uchi. Thank you for the suggestion and support though!

Yes if you are missing a personality type and are able to have random move ins, the game will try to fill the missing personality type since it wants to try to balance everything out
