I like this map, I haven't seen a lot like it. I love all the houses together on the left, it's like a little neighborhood! I have something like this myself.
As far the remaining houses, I think they'd look nice close to the ones around re-tail. So you can have two neighborhoods.
The park area could be on the bottom right corner, just over the river. You have a big empty spot that kinda looks like a square, you could have a lot of space to place park related PWPs there.

What about some houses on the right of the re-tail? It would also look nice if you had a park under your camping area!
