Plot resetting frustrations

I've been plot resetting Flurry since yesterday and she still isn't where I want her. I guess it's my fault for having a super specific spot in mind. The only thing is she's been dancing around the spot, but she won't align right. And I know she can because I have several house spots set up in a row and she aligned perfectly on the one above it. :/ And to add insult to injury yesterday I didn't get igloos cause it was an event, but today I've gotten a few and my most recent one was Hugh who is another one of my dreamies. And I had to reset him cause her house was still wrong. Sigh. I did it to myself though.

Checking the campsite while you're plot resetting is about the most cruel thing you can do to yourself.

But best of luck getting her into the place you want!

Most of the frustration goes away if you get a filler villager to live in the spot you want your dreamie in and then get that one out. I did that while doing my 16 cycle and didn't have a single problem with resetting Apocalia villagers when some of my tricera villagers took multiple days.

Basically i'd just get a random move in and then reset till someone moves into the spot I want them to & then get them out for a dreamie


Good luck resetting though !

Eventually shell set in there. There have been times when my villager would move close to the spot once every 6 hours.

Yeah I know I did it to myself. XD I can't help but look in the campsite I just get curious. I got a lot of random tier 5s that I didn't care about, but Hugh is one of my other dreamies. I finally got her in a spot I'm okay with. It's not exactly where I wanted her, but it's in a spot I can work with. Part of the problem is this town is still kind of new and I don't have PWPs built or anything yet. My main town has so many PWPs and villager houses around that it's really hard for villagers to go anywhere but where I want them to in that town. Flurry is my very first dreamie for this town that I've picked up, I expect things will get easier from here on out. She did prove to me though that the spots I have set up for everyone are doable though.

I'd recommend putting some pwps up then x3 Right now i've got a lil under 30 fountains scattered around my town. so so helpful xD

Yeah I may start building things in the areas I don't want them. I'm working on getting the museum upgrade request so I can get that and then the Cafe. Cause she kept plotting in that spot and the spot I want my police station. There was on time where she was one square away from being aligned in the spot I wanted then another time she was aligned perfectly in the spot where I want Lolly to go. But I finally got her settled! This is the longest I've had to plot reset someone.

i bid good bye to muffy after 4 days of reset because she was 1 tile away from my desire spot. at first i though i could take it . but i just cant . good luck !

Yeahhhh and this is why I quickly built some temporary PWPs in huge open spaces in my town to prevent them from moving there. I got Coco through the campsite (one of my Dreamies), so I quickly built a Fence and a Rack of Rice. If she doesn't show up tomorrow, then I'll be building another PWP to block more space.

I also realised that when I had my cycling town, a fair number of villager house plots would be at the exact same location as the other previous villagers that moved out XD
if only this will apply to coco when she moves in soon //prays to the Animal Crossing New Leaf gods//
