Plot resetting a villager into a certain spot - specific questions! need advice!

Hey guys. I'm very familiar with plot resetting but this is one of the few times where I've been stumped trying to get a plot in a specific spot.

My questions are:
Is it even possible to move a plot above the beach entrance?
Does anyone know the hit box area around the beach entrance where anything can't move in?



The above picture is a screenie from my game and it's the closest that a plot will ever get to the spot that I want it in, which is two blocks below how the plot is set down in the image. I've been trying non-stop for a long time now and I'm stumped!

(I've already put public works projects around my town and I can't put anymore down since the day before I already put one down, too. ); should I keep trying. is it even possibru. I'm so frustrated hng.)

You should be able to. I've had villagers move close to my beach ramp before. Although the ramp was vertical, it was a lot closer than the plot you have in the picture. I think the villager's just being stubborn. There's enough space, it's probably just gonna have more resets.

I'm pretty sure they should be able to because one of my flat mates has Fauna and she lives a few spaces back from the beach ramp - she doesn't have paths, so I'm not sure exactly how close she is, but I think it's possible for them to move where you want the plot to be

Thanks guys. I just found the coincidence to be so strange when the plot would continuously move to that spot. :/
