Plot reset help

Just checking I've got this right as I've had problems with plots disappearing before.
Bruce moves in tomorrow from another town, so in the morning I create a new characterr, load with that charecter and check the plots. If I don't like it I turn off without saving. If I do, I continue to see Isabelle, save and then just delete the charecter. Is this correct?

If you don't like it, after quitting the game just keep repeating the process.

Thank you! Any ideas why I had a plot disappear before now? It did reappear but not until the day after?
Hopefully it will only take one try anyway as there's just one place I don't want him to move but I forgot to put a PWP there before I went and got him

o__o you had a plot disappear before? that.. is very odd. i've never had that happen to me even though I'm constantly going back and forth between days while plot resetting xD

You can still build the pwp btw (if youre willing to TT), as long as Isabelle isn't in the process of demolishing one.

If you have 8 villagers and are due for a random move in, it's not always guaranteed you'll get a plot every time you start up your game. I had 8 villagers and waited like 4 days, then started plot resetting and only about 50% of the time I'd get one. The more days you wait, the greater chance you'll get one, it seems; at least from my experience.

Not sure if that answers your question, but it was kind of vague lol
