Plot reset frustration!!

I'm so angry haha, I've been plot resetting for a few hours(!) now so Fuchsia will have her house in a nice place, because I'm gonna have her in my town forever so she needs a good spot. There is PLENTY of space in the town for her to move her house, but still she always move her house to 2 different spots and thats it. One of the spot is directly in front of my second characters house, ruining her garden - the other spot is right in front of the town hall which I plan on have other decorations

It's so frustrating, why does she always pick one of those 2 spots when its so much space everywhere for her house.. i dont get it

Yeah, I know how it feels. Villagers always seem to like 2 or 3 particular spots in the whole town.

I've heard it helps if you turn your 3DS system off completely instead of just exiting on the home menu. It worked for me, so maybe it's worth a shot?

I always shut off the entire system - it hasn't really helped.. but I'm not giving up because I refuse to let her have her house in one of those bad spots heh

I understand how you feel, to be honest I was SO unsuccessful at plot resetting that I just gave up after a couple of hours of failed attempts
Try to sick with it if you can, not sure what to suggest if she's only switching between two spaces other than just keep trying.
I really really regret not keeping at it.
My villagers houses are too scattered now so I can't do what I originally thought would look good.

there was two times when she picked a different spot, but it wasnt nice enough xD kinda regret not taking that spot now.

thanks, but I don't really understand, because I always shut off my 3ds completely when im not satisfied with a place the villager set their house - it doesnt seem to help to break any pattern.. hmm

I finally found a decent spot for her ;v; after 4 hours of plot reseting, ugh xd wasn't really where I wanted her to be but i can't find anything better so

i know, but its an okay spot I guess. It's aligned with Bluebears house, a few metres behind so at least its symmetrical!

I completely get your frustration. I was having this problem with Whitney a few days ago. I did read somewhere that there's a limit to how many buildings can be in each acre, but I am always skeptical of this sort of information unless it comes from a reputable source.

I feel ya. Yesterday I spent quite a long time resetting Klaus into Big Bear Village. I am moving everyone (except co-mayor Grizzly) on one side of the map. The other side is going to be all pwp's and trees. But he was just refusing to plot on the left side of my map. After many failed attempts, I finally broke his spirit, lol, and got him over to the proper side. Hang in there!
