Hello, everyone!

My name is Keegan, but you guys can call me Nugget or Keeg! :) I'm 18 years old, and was born n' raised in Montana. I now live in the ever-beautiful Arizona. I'm a very kind and caring girl, so if you'd ever like to talk, please, don't hesitate! :D In real life, I'm very shy, and a "Nervous Nellie" some would say... But all around, I don't have a bad bone in my body! I love and adore animals very much; so much that it is my dream to pursue a career revolving around animals in the future. My favorite animals are wolves, my favorite genre of music is rock/alternative, I'm a collector of 90's-early2000's toys (remember Tamagotchi?), and I really love to sing (but I'm too scared to sing in front of others). I'm often described as playful and childlike. :)

I'm new to Animal Crossing... I knew of the game since I was a little girl (my friends loved it), but I never had the chance to play it myself until my 18th birthday, when my boyfriend bought me a copy of Animal Crossing: New Leaf. The instant I began playing, I was hooked, and I mean hooked as the 50th Sea Bass you caught today. I couldn't put the game down for a second without thinking about my town and all the things to do, and soon, the game even invaded my dreams as well. Sadly, I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my games, and when I learned about Native Fruits, grass patterns, Town Hall colors, and all the different maps you could get, I reset in hopes of finding the perfect town! I'm still resetting to this very day... Heheh... But, I refuse to give up! I will find the perfect town! Apples/Cherries as native fruit, a Brown/Green/Blue Train Station, a Plaza in the middle of the map, a clean, smooth river, a Green or Blue Town Hall roof, and triangular grass... *dreamy sigh* And when I do find my dream map, I can't wait to share it with you all! I'm eager to see what this community has to offer, and I'm very excited to have the opportunity to meet some new friends! See you all soon!!

Yours Truly,
Keegui.

I'm surprised to see that no one has commented on here yet! Maybe it's because you like to write superfluous and extensive paragraphs like I do... don't worry, it's nothing to be ashamed of. Lol

I like when newcomers post info about themselves, because I like to really get to know people and be friends with them (but definitely not in some sort of creepy stalker way lol). I am also a generally shy person, but when I'm around friends, I'm more talkative. My favorite animal is a tiger, my favorite genre of music is new wave, and I'm also Super Mario 64's #1 fan (in case you haven't already noticed). :lemon:

I will actually be turning 18 this coming June, and I have been playing Animal Crossing since January of 2008. I have all 4 games, and I started out with AC:GCN. I still have my original town on there, too. I have been playing New Leaf for almost 3 years now, so I know quite a lot about the game.

I see that your dream is to have a plaza right in the middle of the town? Well, that's funny, because I do have one! My current town is actually a newer one, since my old town's file corrupted almost 2 years ago... If you want to check out my town and get some references, my dream address is in my signature (of course, when you get the Dream Suite opened up).

Just one thing I want to inform you of, if you want to get the best out of this community, please try to stay away from political threads. They tend to bring out the worst in people, especially since the 2016 US presidential election. A lot of political threads are found in Brewster's Cafe, and while a lot of them nowadays are harmless, some are just made to provoke people and cause trouble. I highly advise that you don't associate with these threads. Other than that, this forum is a great place to make new Animal Crossing friends, and get stuff that you need for New Leaf, and other games like Pokemon.

See? I also like to type long paragraphs, but that's totally cool.

Nice to meet you:lemon:

Hello there! I myself am very shy (I suffer from social anxiety, so I get very uncomfortable quite easily in social situations irl), but I am a nice person! I also adore animals; owls are my favorite, if you couldn't tell. I have been playing Animal Crossing since I was 8-9, and I am now 19, and have recently reset my ACNL game, as I took a long break, and I no longer liked my town. It's very new and has like, nothing in it, but that's okay! Time is progress.

I have a soft spot for instrumental music, especially Two Steps from Hell and other fantasy orchestras. I enjoy pop rock, as well as electronica/dubstep and many others. I absolutely adore anime, my tv and movie fandoms. I read a lot of books, and have actually had a book that I've been wanting to write for a while, but have yet to do so, although I've gone through countless ideas. I love video games, and tend to play more on my PS4 than on my 3DS, but am frequenting my 3DS because of Animal Crossing.

If you're ever in the mood to play New Leaf with me, feel free to let me know! My 3DS friend code is below my avatar, and in my signature along with my mayor and town name. It's very nice to meet you!

Oh my goodness! Please pardon my inactivity (I really hope this isn't against the rules... I checked, and it doesn't see to be, considering the topic is still relevant? Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!).

You two are incredibly sweet! Thank you for the welcome! I took a small break due to some irl issues, but I'm all settled in and have been playing Animal Crossing for a few weeks! I finally got my dream town! It doesn't have the plaza in the middle, but everything else is there! I'm extremely happy!

Oh yes! We definitely have that in common! I'm very talkative! And new wave, huh? I've never heard of that genre! I'll have to give it a listen sometime! I love music of all genres (though modern pop/rap is not my style...)! Super Mario 64 is an AMAZING game! I remember watching kids at my old daycare play it WAY back! Seems you have great taste in video games! :D

Wow! You've been a fan of Animal Crossing for a while, then! That's great! I wish I could have experienced the game when I was younger, but there's times and places for everything, right? Happy Late Birthday, by the way!

What a lucky duck you are to have your plaza in the middle of your map! Though I'm terribly sorry that your old town corrupted! How horrible! :'( I don't know what I'd do if my town corrupted, and I've only had it for a few weeks! I hope you're liking your new town! I'd be happy to see your new town sometime!

Phew! Thank you for warning me about political threads. Honestly, I used to be interested, but with the past election, I dropped politics all together for the sake of my mental health. In my opinion, it only creates negativity, and I like to stay far away from things like that. :)

stormynight-tea Ah, I see. I'm so sorry about your social anxiety. I can relate to you completely!

I too love owls! I've loved them since I was a small child thanks to a teacher of mine who loved bird watching! They're such beautiful creatures! I remember dissecting owl pellets in 3rd grade and while everyone else was disgusted, I was absolutely intrigued! Call it odd, I just loved learning more about animals regardless of the lesson!

So, you're also a long-time fan! That's wonderful! I would love to have childhood memories of such a great game. :) I don't blame you for resetting- I used to CONSTANTLY reset my games because I'm extremely picky. My boyfriend has always hated it when I did that! Hahaha! "Hey love! What'cha doin'?" "Playing Animal Crossing!" "Oh yeah? How's your town?" "..." "AGAIN?" Sometimes you just need to switch things up a bit!

Ah! I like listening to instrumental music, as well! It can offer easy listening that other genres can not! :)

I actually just got back into anime... I liked it a lot when I was 13, and fell out of it. I've been watching Classroom of the Elite, and I must say that I'm completely hooked! It's a little inappropriate at some times, but the story is really interesting! Other than that, I'm not really involved in any TV fandoms, but my friends are! And just by looking at your post, I can truly see you writing a book. You're very articulate! I'm sure that you could write anything and it would be fantastic!

Thank you both for being so kind! Again, my greatest apologies for the late reply! I feel terrible leaving you guys hanging like that! ^^' Hope to see you guys around! ❤

Hello all! My name's Emily and I'm new to the Bell Tree, but not new to Animal Crossing. I started with Wild World, and I got New Leaf around the time it came out. I started over my NL town about a week ago (was able to sell it to Nook, actually). My old town was awesome, but at the time I built it I was a little immature and gave it a kind of inappropriate name, so I decided to recreate it.
Anywho, I figured I'd get myself introduced on here. If anyone would like to come visit me in my small, so far underwhelming town, or have me come visit your town, let's please be friends! And I'll see ya'll around! :)

Hello, Emily! It's great to meet you!! :D It's awesome to have someone who is also starting fresh with a new town right now! I'd love to be friends! My town is kinda underwhelming at the moment, too, but as stormynight-tea said, time is progress! <3

Hey Keeg, we should add each other! I see you got your dream town, that's super exciting! Also, I just noticed your pic is Wolfgang; he was at my campground the other day and I got him to move to my town! (Also, I can't seem to figure out how to put up a picture, can someone maybe help me out? lol) *edit* Ahh, I see, it looks like I'll have to build up some sort of rep to do so?

Jw, when you lived in Montana, did you live near the Rockies? Last summer, my friends and I did a cross-country road trip (from where we live in Maryland to Cali and back) and when we drove through the Rockies in Colorado I absolutely fell in LOVE. I've been wanting to go back ever since, and thinking about moving out there if the opportunity arises. We drove through Arizona too, and I must say it was much, much different from the East Coast I'm used to.

Anyways, happy Crossing
