Please visit my dream town! (Troll themed finished town)

I have a finished town I want everyone to visit
It is the town of Trollbury

Mayor Poppy: has a cute house
Chef: lives in a tent to try and find the trolls
Branch: his main level is a grass area, downstairs is his house
Bridget: her house is a restaurant

I want you all to explore my town and let me know what you think!!!

I am designing another town now and want to know what I did that was good and what was bad.

Please be 100% honest on all ways!

I just visited your town and walked through!
Here?s what I noticed:

Positives:
-loved the stumps and mushrooms everywhere, definitely gave the town a good feel
-I liked the different color combos you put throughout the town with flowers
-I liked the grass area in branch?s house with the garden gnomes
-the house with the restaurant was super cute
-The tent area with all the mushrooms and tiles was my FAVE
-Overall I really liked the layout of your town and how all the villagers? houses were on the bottom portion, it really allowed you room to get creative on the top portions of your town!

Recommendations
-I think you should spread the mushrooms all around town with more stumps! Keep the beautiful flowers, but I think the mushrooms and stumps totally gave it a Troll feel!
-you should think about including some QR codes of images, maybe posters posted around town, ones to decorate the house too! Little details like that make a big difference!
-Sometimes the brighter areas, pink flowers and cute tiles made it feel more like a fairy town than a troll town, if that?s what you?re going for the then that?s cool!
-have you considered a swamp area? I think you have a lot of potential to make it a really unique town and put down some super cool tiles (your path tiles are fine but more nature/ground tiles to make a swamp area) with dead trees - might look really cool!
-also maybe just expand your characters houses and get really creative with them. You can browse all the furniture items on MoriDB to really customize houses!

Now, I've never watched the movie trolls so there is some stuff I probably will misunderstand, but I do know a few things like the characters' names, for example. Anyway, I feel like you go the whole bright and fun side of the down. Like, you've got beautiful paths, flowers, the whole shebang. Unfortunately, it feels kinda of generic at points. Like the person said above, having some qr stuff around might be a good idea. There's also the houses. They feel kinda bare. Although, I could just be missing something as I've never seen the movie.

Overall, it's a very pretty town and I feel like you've got a good start going, but it does need some work to make it stand out

(Not being defensive) the houses 100% make sense for the movie. Other then the tent. The tent 100% is done because it makes sense. I could use some clutter in the other houses.

I am not sure what you guys mean by qr codes around the town? Can you explain more? I am confused by this. I dont want it to look messy as that is not my style.

I also did this entire town in one week. I had a very clear image when I made the town. So it all came together quickly. So I know I missed something.

For the houses thing, fair enough. I've never watched the movie so if they make sense, they should be fine.

As for qr codes, we meant like adding some designs around the town. Like, how you use qr codes to make paths. Just do that but with other things

Yeah, I think everything looks great!
By qr codes I meant just like art from the movie / of the characters that you could hang in the walls of the house and such. Or make clothing that matches from the movies.
Totally not necessary though, I?ve just seen other movie-based towns have them placed in their towns as posters or on walls in the house and it looked nice!

Mayor poppy is in her dress from the movie and I got her hair as close as possible. My villagers have the choice of a poppy shirt. I have qr flowers pots outside the houses. I do like the idea of having paintings of different characters tho within the houses

Dang sis you finished in one week? Wow, the talent just jump out. I could never. It’s been over two years. Bistro(my town) still isn’t finished. Whoops.

Yeah I did it in one week when I took vacation time. I had nothing I was required to do lol. So I literally played acnl everyday all day for a week.
