I have the villager Jambette but I really hate her and she wont leave even if I hit her with a net so can anybody please take her out of my town for free

Someone can't take Jambette from you if she isn't moving! Also, hitting a villager isn't going to get them to go away. The only way to get them to move is to only speak to them once when they move in and ignore them forever. Unless you want to cheat her out of your game, there really isn't a better way. Just don't talk to her.
