Please Help

My windows 8.1 PC is stuck in a never ending update loop. When I restart it, "Failure configuring Windows updates, Reverting Changes" pops up, and I can't even log on. What can I do to fix this?

I don't think you can get really great help on a forum for animal crossing, but the best advice I can give you is factory resetting your computer. :I It sucks but that's the only thing I can think of.

Have you tried calling customer support or reverting to a backup point?
