So I've had a go. I'm assuming you're wanting the first line, the 'Bendy was a lil' devil thing' since that falls in the timescale you specified.
I believe the notes for that line are:
A(sharp) F(sharp) F(sharp) D(sharp) F(sharp) D(sharp) F(sharp) G(natural) G(sharp)
Unfortunately, the town tune maker doesn't allow any flats or sharps, so the line would need to be changed to a different key. This is not ideal since all but one note is a sharp. To make it more difficult, there's a natural G right next to a G sharp, which are only a semitone apart and so cannot be done in an all-natural key. I've done what I can but it does sound different. Unfortunately, I think it would be impossible to recreate this tune in game and have it sound completely correct
A F F D F D F G A - This is the closest I could get.
It's very fast, with semi-quavers for most of the notes. The simple town tune maker doesn't support this, so it will always sound too slow.
Edit: I tried it on the town tune maker in-game, and the closest I can get is below. If you intentionally slow the whole line down, the faster section sounds a bit better. L- long notes Z- no note
