Please help me with fixing artwork extension?

Hey guys so yesterday Brandy Jean created some art work for me I was super excited to upload the art as a spoiler in to add under my upcoming signature. the only problem is it keeps saying incorrect image extension? Can someone help me get this too work? I also would love someone to help me figure out how to put a spoiler in my signature.
unfortuantely all it is letting me do is add the link. I really hope someone can help.

Just copy paste that and edit out the bit in the middle with what you want to put inside of the spoiler.

As for the image, you'll want to use [img]http://i.imgur.com/sFTjs1w.png[/img]
