Pokémon Please help! I want to evolve my feebas

So for my feebas to evolve into a milotic in Pokemon X I need to trade it. Can someone please trade with me so that I can evolve it? I'll give back anything that's traded with me so don't worry about losing your pokemon. I can give you some TBT as a reward!

yeah we trade same way.... i trade with some friends that have X+Y... the only problem with X+Y and ORAS is that the ORAS people have to use what is called "Kalos Rules" whenever they battle people that play X+Y.. Kalos Rules is exactly what it sounds like... you have to use pokemon and items from the Kalos region or you cant battle
