Player umbrellas in dream addresses

Hi Everyone,

I have a question. Is there a way to personally pick exactly which umbrellas the players use in your dream address if it is raining? My players seem to have the most distasteful umbrellas every time someone visits my town's dream. If anyone knows how to remedy this, I'd love some help!

No, there isn't.
This has always bugged me, since Mayor Fiona Goode of AHS is never seen without her black parasol...except in the Dream Suite. I don't have her carrying one at all in the dream, since it would be red or something.

If only we could customize what type of umbrella we can carry in our dream addresses.

Ughhh that is so annoying! I really hope the next Animal Crossing game fixes this hiccup. It's not really a big deal, but I feel like it would add so much more to each player's personality and their outfit if we could actually choose what umbrellas they are using. Thanks for letting me know

I agree! It would really add a lot to the dream atmosphere.

Haha! Thank you! AHS (seasons 1-4) is my favorite--especially Asylum. (Asylum, Coven, Murder House, Freak Show, in that order.) What about you?

Omgosh! Seriously?? That is the exact order that I would rate my favorite seasons! Only Asylum and Coven are almost tied for me, I just can't seem to pick one over the other! I absolutely loved Lana Winters in Asylum, along with every other character's storyline. Seasons 1-4 are exceptional. I have no idea what they were thinking about when they did Hotel. There were so many things that just didn't really make sense? Also, some episodes could have just been done without -- absolute fillers. And let me not even get started about Dr. Lowe's character! Everything she would do would piss me off to no end. Hopefully they do a better job with season 6? Any ideas what season 6 is about? I heard there was a promo trailer but I couldn't seem to find it.

That's so cool! Asylum itself is my favorite season of any show ever, but Coven is really close behind. I love Sister Jude (and Lana, Kit, etc.), but I had to make Fiona mayor--it wouldn't be right to have the Supreme be anything less. Haha. I love that our favorite seasons are in the same order! (I don't know if you've seen my AHS dream town, but I'm uploading a new version soon that replaces the jazz bar with Marie Laveau's salon. I moved the bar to the museum.)

I was...not a fan of Hotel at all. It was like an entirely different series to me. Season 6 looks like it might be a Chainsaw Massacre / The Hills Have Eyes kind of thing, but who knows with Ryan Murphy? Heh. I just hope it is more like the first four seasons in terms of quality.

I almost had AHS's dream set during a thunderstorm, like the Nor'easter episode of Asylum--my favorite episode of Season 2--but again, that darn red umbrella! (Plus I don't remember rain really factoring into any other episode of Seasons 1-4...) They really should allow us to choose what umbrella or other handheld item to display in the dream.
