Back on track, I think Ninjhax now works on newer versions but I do not encourage you to use it.

Honestly, just keep working at the game the way it's supposed to be played, as in, stop being a perfectionist.

Take it from someone who's a perfectionist: You can't make your town 100% perfect. There's always gonna be something that you have to work on in your town, and that's ok!

If you need help getting dreamies, though, hit me up. I have some saves in my computer I can back up with boxed villagers ready to go to a town.

Just be patient. Time travel if necessary. It's easy enough to earn tbt so save some up and then you'll be able to get your villagers without a problem. You can also use tbt in landscaping shops to help you get that done faster. There wouldn't be much fun in the game if you could just load it up and have all villagers and it's ready to use. The fun part comes from working on your town as seeing it evolve. I'm very impatient too so I just used time travel a lot.
