Im really struggling catching a piranha and Ive been doing so for 4 hours during the first half of september at atleast 9PM catching small and tiny fish like I was told to but Im not getting any any tips?

Piranhas have a small shadow, not a tiny one! They're also rare, so you may just be experiencing some incredibly bad luck. You can also catch them between 9AM and 4PM, by the way. Good luck!

That is nothing compared trying to get the coelacanth... sigh.
