Well we got pikmin hat (talkign about UK) on the day some pikmin game or soemthign came out, and america gets it on march 9th so yeah.

It can't be aquired by TTing because nintendo are releasing it it hasn't been programed into the game

Theres no data in the american game of any DLC thast why the call its DOWNLOADABLE content.

Even if you TT'ed to 2099 you would still not get it.
