This is piggy cycling! You pay nothing and get any villager you want!

Rules:

~ Reserves are only allowed with 100 tbt payment. I do this so that reserves are not going to be common
~ Each villager gets 10 minutes, Teir 1 and 2 villagers get 30 minutes
~ No villagers are autovoided
~ You can pre-reserve a villager thats not in my town atm if you offer me Carmen or Clyde
~ Diana will be auctioned, she is the only villager tho
