Pietro...Yay or Nay?

Pietro has always been my favorite villager. He's one of my dreamies (by the way I have them all!) and I love his personality. Just seeing him brightens my day.

However, I know numerous people HATE him. The only reasoning I understand for a person to hate Pietro is if they're afraid of clowns. Then again, I see countless people ragging on him for no reason.

So I have a question: Pietro...Yay or Nay?

Vote Yay or Nay, and if you vote Nay, can you tell me why.

He randomly came into my town and i hated him at first, design wise. I even changed his greeting into "I'm stalking you" for laughs >_>. But now i kindaaa like him ? Still want him to leave tho. So nay i guess.

People who dislike him have either got a problem with clowns, or just aren't fond of his design.

Pietro is such a cute clown though and I hate clowns! They're not scary, but they're just... tacky. Clowns are all about "zanny wacky" humor which is not my thing. Pietro's clown-ness is toned down to simple elements. It's not tacky at all. And he's no weirder than any other villager, so he's an cool sheep in my book.

On a side note, "Pietro est un type bizarre, mais nous l'aimons tous. Nous adorons Molly plus ... " C?est une r?ponse tr?s sp?cifique. Non?

I voted nay, I don't like pietro at all, he's colorful but I don't like his design or the fact that he is a clown.
