Even if you don't win, stick around. Winner has until 6:10pm to pick up. Runner up, 6:20pm, 2nd runner up, 6:30pm. That's it. He will be voided at 6:30pm.

But the expected amount is 100 tbt = 2 mil

Question. Is Pietro original? Is his catchphrase/house/clothes changed? If so, it's OK. I always send my villagers shirts so they will change it from those annoying preset designs from The Able Sisters.
