Picture Reset

Hello guys,

so something stupid happened to me 2 hours ago.
Fang gave me a petition and I got the signatures in the town of a friend.
Then I came back and gave it to him and he rewarded me with his pic.
But then the connection broke and I was back at the station and it was like before I gave him the petition back.
Now I keep resetting to get the picture again.
Do you think, it is possible, that he will give it to me again?

I got Freya's pic for the fourth time yesterday.

Just keep completing tasks for him and you'll get it again.

I thought it was special at first.
WW they gave their picture once, and once only.

NL, they don't even mention it, and don't remember giving it to you.

That's why I throw their pictures out.
They mean nothing, since they are given randomly, and multiple times.

Exactly!
Eloise was the first in WW, to give me hers, and she'd regularly ask about it. If I was taking care of that 'special item'.

Now they give them out like it was nothing, and on april fool's day too!

It basically is if you get the question right, since there are guides on the inter webs now, the only problem one would have is to press the wrong option.

Sooo true -_- Though it did take me FOREVER to get my first picture now they won't stop.
I deliver a t-shirt to Bones and he's like "omg here take my picture"
I give him the most basic furniture when he request furniture and it's "omg here take my picture"

I keep the first ones and toss the rest.

Does anyone know what happens though if you give a villager a picture of a different villager when they ask for furniture?

Like if Shari said she wanted a piece of furniture to sit on top of something and I gave her a picture of Lobo would they take it and display it?

sadly no, they won't let you give villager pictures to other villagers. if I could I would put Chrissy's pic in Francine's house as a reference to HHD.. it would be cute too.

I wouldn't keep resetting, now that you know he's at the high friendship required to start giving out pictures. be prepared to get it one day and then keep getting it for a while, haha. just be patient and it'll come to you, possibly in the mail! Filbert sent me his pic even though he wasn't moving out at all.

I keep the pictures on display in my home, and sell the rest. when they move, I attach the picture to their goodbye letter, though 99% of the time they sent the picture anyway.

Awe darn! That would be so adorable to see some of their pics in each other's homes! I always see Shari and Lobo talking and sitting together so I really would have loved to see them have each others pics in their homes since they're so close.

Wouldn't that be a cute feature to add in the next Animal Crossing game? Like you said, they already seem to have bonds with each other, why not add that little feature in as well to complete the whole best friends/shipping that we do of our villagers!
