Hello! Phoebe recently asked to move out and is now currently in boxes. She was not forced out and is rather moving out naturally!

I'm asking for 1 mil IGB though willing to negotiate! I'd also be willing to do a mix of NMT and IGB, but IGB are the highest priority. I also happen to be looking for missing cherry blossom recipes.

Also willing to trade her for Sherb or Dom.
