Selling Phoebe to best offer

Hello all! I have the tier two villager "Phoebe". She will be moving on the 1st of September, but I'm willing to TT towards that date, so whenever I can TT to the right date and you can talk to her! I'm taking pretty much any offer, but not free. I'm looking to get at least 5 tbt from her.

Well I'm not sure because yesterday I made someone move out and they wouldn't leave even if I TT 3 months ahead... but I was able to but took a while. But you can void her if you want I could always look somewhere else!
