Omg Phoebe is one of my dreamies, I bought her from someone on here but I was TTing and long sorry short I screwed up and she moved away, I didn't even have her in my town for two days. Now I need to go through that annoying 16 villager cycle. If I didn't have that problem though I would totally buy her. Good luck!
