Very sad to see her go but her house was in a bad place (other side of the village away from EVERYONE else) so I never saw her. I can't have someone hold her because I've decieded I am not going to be owning someone else villagers because they'll chat nonstop about another town. Well, anyway to the AUCTION part....

Also, this is how the trade will start. You'll visit Svalbard (my new town) and drop the money there and then you'll visit Nowhere (where Phoebe is). My new town needs money so I think this might be easier than asking someone to just transfer money from Nowhere to Svalbard.
