I'm afraid that I'm going to let the first person with room have her. I know from experience that trying to tt out 1 specific villager can take forever ( 34 other villagers pinged first) Good luck!

Actually, Phoebe is a dreamie of mine and I have 5 villagers I need to rid myself of... so it wouldn't take long.
