I have O'Hare in boxes right now,but you have to get him first. I know this is kind of a long shot (I think O'Hare os just a tier below Phoebe) but O'Hare is such a sweetie. Edit : if you want I can add a few million bells since I am in need of an Uchi

I think they edited the tiers. I think O'Hare and Phoebe are now in the same tier.
