Trading Phoebe in boxes Looking for Muffy or NMT

I want to try sell Phoebe quite quickly as I'm tting for breeding flowers but please offer nmt bids or if you have a muffy you can get into boxes I'd love to trade for her. However I'm unsure what the process for villager trading is exactly.... do I deliver my phoebe, empty her plot via tt THEN visit you? think that's it....
