Phineas isnt showing up after 500h of gameplay

So I finally got over 500h on New Leaf (I checked my the activity log app) and its been 2 days since I reached that, but Phineas hasnt shown up yet. I know he doesnt show up instantly once you achieve something, but is the activity log maybe inaccurate?

It may been inaccurate. What does it say with "Date First Played" and when did you start your town?

I used to time travel on my first days of playing the game so it messed up the date of my DS, but I originally started my town on the 14th of July 2014. Im just unsure if only the "active" time is counted towards the total for the badge, as I happened to leave my DS on for a few hours without using it, a few times.
