If you're doing the villager reset trick and you just happen to see that they put their plot in a perfect spot but it's in the title screen. Is there any way to keep it the way it is? It would be a shame for it to go to waste =/

no... it's a bit hard to explain but uhm.. when you load the game as a regular character the game sees that you played for that day and it 'saves'.. you have not yet played with a regular character in the load screen, so it will not be saved. Everything is randomized when you load your game.

LOL this was what happened to me while I was plot resetting for Diana! I started my 3ds and saw in the little screen a perfect house spot Diana's house was plotted but I was stupid enough to think if I loaded the game it will still be plotted there.. Nope. I loaded the game and her house was placed somewhere else (her new house placement wasn't too bad). So nope there's no way of saving the house placement you see in the tiny screen, the game just loves trolling :')
