I had a perfect town for over 4 months and today, after the update, I asked Isabelle and she said something like "town is well balanced, but further improvement is needed" like she said in town's first days. She didn't even say if there's too much greenery or pwp. Also, I didn't even change anything so it's a bug, I suppose. Anyone else experiencing this?

They may have made it harder to obtain perfect town status. My town is still perfect after the update but I have several more PWPs and plants than is needed for a perfect town. Adding a few more PWPs and flowers/trees may put your town back in perfect status.
That would suck if that's really the case. Figuring out exactly what you need to do was already hard enough before. I guess making the game more difficult might make it more interesting, but that can turn a lot of people off who don't want to stress over things in the game.
I also have more than enough pwps and trees. Nevertheless, I tried adding one more. After it got completed I asked again but nothing really changed. I'll try adding two more pwps, if it still won't change to "need more greenery" or perfect town, I'll accept it as a bug.

I planted some trees, put 4 more pwps but seems like the game doesn't recognize my pwps anymore. However, it recognizes trees since the comment changed to "town is underdeveloped". I wonder if there's some place that I can contact about this issue?Funny thing... Getting this rating is the main goal of the game and now it got bugged for me.
Rainyks - the PWP'S you put in together with the ones you had already - are they balanced between abundant living & abundant nature - we had to have some of each prior to the update - Liquefy's walkthrough faq on gamefaqs lists PWP by these 2 categories.
You can have too many trees - so I wouldn't currently add any more post update (but at least for time being keep what you did have pre update, as you had PTS). You can add more flowers without issue, that might help.

I didn't change anything before I faced this problem. I did a little research, it turns out nothing related to update at all. Someone posted about the exact same thing three years ago on gamefaqs. One day "perfect", then "well balanced"... And yep, no post updates. It's a bug and there's nothing I can do about it. I know I didn't change anything because I wasn't doing anything besides checking a few things and logout anyway, before the update.
