Perfect Fruit

I have a ton of perfect oranges, but some have different coloring than the other's and they're not rotten. Why and how does this happen?

sorry bad quality, but there are 3 baskets of very deep orange perfect oranges and in the top left corner the perfect oranges look normal.

It's the lighting from the window shining on the baskets.
