Done with requests for today since I'll be busy for the rest of the night. Might try and start another request before I go to bed, but we'll see. Will stream tomorrow night, so hopefully, more people pop in. XD

I will tell ya now that with an image that small, it's gonna be hard to get it to be a portrait, without enlarging it. Which, if I do enlarge it, it WILL reduce the quality of the image. Preferably, I'd rather have a larger pic that I can shrink down since I don't lose quality by doing so (well, you might lose some finer details, but that's a given when you shrink pics.) If you are deadset on that image, I will do my best to not completely destroy the image quality. Let me know what you wanna do with the image.
Oh, also, I did get payment from ya, so you're all set there.

Like I said, I will work with the original image, but there will be some image quality loss when I enlarge it, since you wanted a portrait shot.

Yeah, I don't draw avatars. Thought I did mention it on the avatar post, in the first paragraph. I make avatars out of pictures that people give me. I can still make you an avatar, it just won't be drawn. Otherwise, I can simply refund you.
I could also technically attempt to make it in Illustrator, though that might just be a disaster waiting to happen. XD Mainly since I haven't used it all that much. If it works out, most likely, it'd be a headshot, since bodies seem downright terrifying. Let me know.

Accepted! Okay, so with the animation, unless you give me pictures to work with, like a bunch of stills in a different position, I can't work completely from scratch on something like that. It's definitely NOT simple animation for sure.
With stills, I can edit out the background, which will be rather time consuming since it takes 30 minutes - 1 hour typically to render a single in-game screenshot. And... the BARE MINIMUM would be 4 stills (front, back, right side, left side). Sadly, I don't have a modded 3DS that can record in-game vids, since that could help -- at least getting the frames for the animation.
Besides that, I got payment from you so you're all set.

With the shots, I would REALLY~ appreciate it if you take the shots with lighter backgrounds, since it's easier to differentiate your mayor from the background. And try to be consistent with how you're taking the images -- all close up or all zoomed out. Having all the images consistent will definitely help when I animate it.

That's fine. I don't think I'll be working on your request anyway until tomorrow or even Tuesday, as I don't like doing too many requests in one day. XD I used to do a ton of requests in a day, but that got me to the point where I got tired of doing these. XD So, I slow down for my sanity.
As long you can give me the animation in a decent timeframe, we're good. Typically, the best times to get a hold of me is a night, like after 5PM Eastern Time (GMT -4). I can always put your request on hold until I get the animation.
Like I can work on pretty much everything, besides your mayor animation, then put it on hold. Or I can send you the mockup without the mayor, so all I would have to add would be the mayor for the final version.
