I like Pelly, but I don't nessisarily mind Phyllis either, I thin kit's Phyllis' sarcasm and rude comments that make thinbgs humourous when she's working in the post office, I mean yeah, Pelly is nice, Pelly isn't that bad, she's just a lot more blunt on certain matters like the enviroment and stuff.

Then again, if you had to work the graveyard shift Phyllis does, you'd be cranky too, so I kinda see where she's comin from.
