Is she a popular villager? She just moved in and I don't know anything about her!

She's adorable, ill never forget when I saw her plot turn up in my town. I googled "pekoe" because I had no idea, and then squeed in joy because of how cute she was! She was a permanent villager, but due to my dreamie list I have too many normals so Pekoe will eventually have to go.
She's not overly popular (I'm not sure why) but she is wanted by some.

She's not in the super popular I guess, maybe slightly? But she's not too unwanted.
Pekoe is cute ~ One of my 5 starters but I had to let her go due to her horrible house placement.
