I've realized I'm missing pears in my town. I'd pay 10,000 bells for at least 3 pears.

I also have a checklist of some items I've been looking for:

[X] - Red Vase (x2)
[X] - Bath Tile
[X] - Jukebox
[X] - Kitschy Clock
[X] - Plate Armor

I'll be willing to pay 10,000 bells for each items. Yes, I know that this price is high. If I didn't know that, I'd not post a price. I want these items, so I'm buying them with a high price to guarantee their purchase.

Everybody over prices stuff. It's so they get items quicker for buying them at a higher price..
