Buying Pears, Peaches, Oranges and any Painting!

I just started my town a week ago. I have apples and cherries already; I'm looking for the other three non-island fruits. Also, I need to donate a painting of any kind to the museum so Blathers will be ready to upgrade. *Genuine paintings only PLEASE*
