Commissioning Paying someone to make me a flag of Biscuit

I’m not that experienced with pixel art so I’m commissioning someone to make me a flag for my island, Biscuit. Below is a sketch of what I want for my flag:


i want the hyacinths crossing each other and the words “biscuit” on the bottom. i want similar muted colors on flag, i can pay 15-20 tbt
