Buying Pave Chair and Wallpaper needed

Hello, I need a Pave Chair (I had gotten one but accidentally sold it) and a Pave Wallpaper. I don't have much and am looking to buy them. 12,000 for the chair and 1,800 for the wallpaper (the amount you can sell them for in retail). If you have a different price in mind let me know.


I can try trades, but I'm not sure exactly what I could offer.
