Buying Patterns for a town path!

I don't know where exactly to put this thread, so I'll try here.

Im not that creative, and I'd really like to make a path around my town
Does anyone have a nice pattern for a town path? Preferably grey/stone-ish.
I'll pay 90'000 & give you a little present.
