So i just laid out a pathway or trail on my town and i was wondering when you put a pattern on the ground and walk on it does it prevent the grass from withering away or does it stay the same as it was when you put the pattern on it.

Doormats actually increases grass trampling. Doormats are the fastest way to make a path in a week. Where are you making the path? Are you putting it on Healthy grass or trampled mess?

i didn't know they were called door mats but yes im making a trail so everyday instead of walking on healthy grass i can use the trail i made.

Ok, that's good. Just to let you know, if your making a path through trampled mess, put flowers on both sides of the path to make the grass grow back on both sides of it while at the same time, your trampling grass to create a path.

well i found out, that the grass dies underneath the path..
cause i was moving it around today, and there was completely NO grass at all.. =/

Oh really!?! I thought the grass tramples more under doormats, not actually die!
