What would you say would be a reasonable starting and reasonable max price for it?
 
would you be willing to trade collectibles and if so would you make a list of ones your willing too?

I don't really have any collectibles for trade rn other than a couple of spring sakuras :(

sounds reasonable, i'd be willing to sell for the middle range of 1.2k then,
or if you'd rather do a trade with Wildtown that's fine too.
