Pashmina is moving from one of my towns (Summerby).

I know someone was desperately looking for her recently but I cannot remember who.


Anyway, I can keep her waiting or TT her in boxes.
My only request is that you don't bring another villager from your void when you come to collect her.

Sure. If she is your dreamie, you will have priority to adopt her.

You need to visit another town (preferably a town with ten villagers, so that the person who you visit does not get her in their own town).

If you visit a town with 10 villagers, your entire void (that is the stock of villagers that have moved out without anyone else adopting them) will clear out. Otherwise, whoever you visit can receive one of the ones stuck in the void. And that's not necessarily your last one. LOL
