Okay, Idk if I already posted this, but yesterday, when it was raining, he said something, back-flipped off of a bridge and floated out towards the ocean and left. No more items from Pascal, eh?

you still get items from him, but you have to have a scallop with you and give it to him.

I had no idea what to do. He was on a bridge, I said hi, and he jumped into the river and floated away. It annoyed me that it gave me no clue about what to do.
